The id:rc was one of two firms invited to speak at a World Bank event to provide insight on ICT Based Solutions in Third Party Monitoring in Fragile, Conflict, and Violence Contexts (FCV).  The World Bank Group (WBG) manages a substantial portfolio of projects in fragile situations where security risks prevent regular supervisions and implementation support on the ground.

To continue engagement without physical presence in selected countries, the WBG increasingly relies on third-party monitors. These TPMs help maintain an indirect presence in insecure areas, which is crucial for ending poverty and boosting prosperity for poorest people.

To enhance supervision in fragile states, technology-based tools play a vital role. The id:rc was invited to speak at this World Bank event to share information about existing innovative technology.  

The id:rc has provided Third Party Monitoring Services to the World Bank in Iraq from October 2016 through June 2024 for a number of projects in their Iraq portfolion.
