Interdisciplinary Research Consultants (id:rc) is an international consulting firm with offices in Jordan, Iraq, and the United States. The id:rc combines the experience of senior professionals from a variety of backgrounds. The firm delivers high-quality consulting to address the needs of governmental organizations, private sector entities, and international organizations in the Middle East and other developing regions of the world.
In 2001, the id:rc began to provide consulting services in areas mainly related to engineering. The consulting services provided by the id:rc include but are not limited to water resources, transportation and traffic management, and environmental management studies. However, over the years, it has expanded and diversified its services to include: social and socio-economic studies, feasibility studies, and consulting services in economic development, public sector, and state enterprise reform, private sector development, and project development and implementation. In 2006, a sister company, Interdisciplinary Research Consultants US (id:rc-US), was incorporated as a small business in the United States primarily to pursue U.S. government-funded consulting opportunities. Since its incorporation, the id:rc-US has provided services to the United States government for projects pertaining to the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2012, and after nine years of operating in various Iraq sectors, the id:rc incorporated a branch office in Iraq. This branch office currently has a fully staffed and equipped office in Basra that oversees all of its operations in various parts of Iraq.
And because of our continuous strive to expand and enrich our consulting services, we have formally affiliated through an acquisition with a Serbia-based firm TN-TECH. It is a consultancy company with a core offering of information technology services and a twist of a strong, diverse consulting background.
