Within the framework of the GIZ funded “Improved Water Resources Security for Low Income Rural and Urban Communities (WRAP)” project, water network installation and rehabilitation were undertaken in five selected areas in the Kingdom. All such locations had problems in water delivery or were even deprived totally form municipal water supply. Improvements included installation of water distribution networks, water transmission infrastructure, water reservoirs, and so on.
The id:rc was just contracted by the GIZ to address the targeted communities in terms of their satisfaction with the newly received water services after the completion of rehabilitation works in the five areas. The study will also provide the project with still to do lists in order to communicate it with concerned directorates to further improve the services and therefore, improve customer satisfactions.
